Yael Shimon Many’s practice focuses on Hi-Tech, VC, M&A, corporate and commercial law.
Her work includes representing start-ups and private technology companies, venture capital funds, angels, and individual entrepreneurs in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including venture capital investments, strategic investments and collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, technology-related commercial transactions, and other corporate transactions.
