BIOGRAPHY
With over 15 years of experience, Sofia Livshitz is a commercial and corporate attorney representing Israeli and international clients, from startups to well-established public companies.
Her work includes drafting agreements and counseling start-ups, advising both local and international clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate, corporate governance, and foreign markets-related matters; international transactions, including support of technology companies in all stages of development and in acquisitions and public offerings. She has been involved in M&As, as well as public offerings on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and large due diligence matters.
Sofia’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies; private companies, and start-up companies in the fields of fintech, cyber and medical devices.
