BIOGRAPHY
Rivi leverages expertise in conducting Freedom-To-Operate and patentability analysis; patent drafting and prosecution; developing invalidity arguments and supporting patent oppositions and litigations.
She has Extensive knowledge of Patent Law in IL, the US, the EU, and other jurisdictions, and many years of experience in supporting BD and R&D along the process of product development, commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and IP disputes.
Rivi holds a vast experience in global IP activities for generic, non-generic, and biogeneric products, due diligence, FTO and patentability opinions, and drafting and prosecution of innovative patent applications.
Rivi has a B.Pharm degree from the Hebrew University, an M.Sc. in biotechnology (magna cum laude), a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Bar-Ilan University, and a Master of business administration, an MBA, with a specialization in bio-medical management (magna cum laude) from the College of Management Academic Studies.
