BIOGRAPHY
With almost 20 years of experience, Omri Ben-Natan has vast expertise in managing intellectual property rights for a wide range of Israeli and international companies, from all industries.
His work includes intellectual property rights protection and litigation, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting, and unfair competition; as well as conducting civil proceedings against distributors of counterfeits before the Israeli courts, including enforcement activity with the Israeli police and customs authorities. He has been involved in a wide range of intellectual property civil proceedings, including oppositions, and applications for cancellation before the Israel Patents, Designs, and Trademarks Office.
Omri’s clients range from global corporations to multinational fashion companies and broadcasting networks. He also represents companies in the fields of automotive, consumer goods, and sports.
