BIOGRAPHY
With over 20 years of experience, Oded has a diverse transactional, corporate, and commercial counseling practice with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital funds and private investors.
His work includes representing clients in numerous corporate and commercial transactions across a broad spectrum of industries, with extensive transactional and ongoing advice experience, including among others, private and public mergers and acquisitions, private and public funding transactions of all types, joint ventures, dispositions, reorganizations, recapitalizations, and corporate governance matters.
Oded has been involved in consulting corporate clients on a variety of commercial and strategic matters, including technology transfer and licensing with academic institutions and research centers, clinical trials with hospitals and medical centers, beta and reference site transactions, joint development, joint ventures, and worldwide distribution and channeling transactions.
Oded’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies; private companies, technology transfer and licensing with offices of academic institutions and research centers; fundamental institutional funds; joint ventures, manufacturing corporates, and more.
