With over 20 years of experience in commercial, corporate, and financing law, Maya Lakstein Ph.D. represents both Israeli and International Companies in various transactions.
Her work includes M&A and financing transactions involving structuring, negotiating, and closing cross-border and Israeli mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, asset sales, strategic investments, VC investments, angel investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Maya’s clients range from Industrial and Public to private companies. She represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies; private companies, and start-up companies in all kinds of industries.
