BIOGRAPHY
With 20 years of experience, Masha specializes in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, takeovers and reverse takeovers, corporate finance, shell companies’ transactions, and bond settlements.
Her work includes providing ongoing legal counsel to listed Israeli and foreign companies in all aspects of capital raising in Israel, through public offerings, private bids, and debt raising; as well as advising on corporate governance, reporting obligations, and internal controls. She has been involved in leading complex international transactions, advising and accompanying private companies in IPOs, as well as capital raising in the secondary market, and has a thorough experience in public companies’ mergers, control and takeover transactions, as well as financing transactions, including capital and debt raising.
Masha’s clients range from large multinationals to Fortune 500 companies. She represents Israeli and international public companies in a variety of fields, such as Biomed, pharma, hi-tech, innovation, real estate, manufacturing, and more.
