With over 20 years of experience, Lior Baruch has vast expertise in commercial and corporate law, working with international technology companies, from early-stage startups to large public companies.
His work includes corporate finance, commercial and corporate law in general and specifically in the field of technology, including support of companies, throughout their life cycle from start-up stages through established companies, and in mergers and acquisitions or public offerings. He has been involved in funding transactions (equity or debt); creation and management of joint ventures, partnerships, and consortiums; governmental funding and private equity; negotiating and drafting agreements for complex international transactions, including development, manufacturing, distribution, OEM, VAR, supply, sale, license, software bundling, revenue sharing, and other types of commercial agreements.
Lior’s clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He represents Israeli and international companies, and advises clients in the industrial, telecommunications, internet, cellular, biotechnology, and data security sectors.
