Inbar specializes in venture capital and private equity funds as well as the provision of ongoing legal advice and representation on corporate issues and commercial transactions to a wide array of private companies in different maturity stages and in a variety of industries.
She focuses on fund formation, hi-tech, venture capital, intellectual property, M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions.
Her work includes all the legal aspects of fund formation, starting from negotiating terms, drafting agreements and ongoing fund matters following formation. Inbar’s work also includes ongoing corporate and commercial legal counseling to start-ups and mature companies on all relevant issues starting from incorporation, through fundraising and M&As.
Inbar’s clients range from first-time funds to continuation funds of existing successful funds, new and emerging start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies; private companies, and start-up companies in a wide array of industries such as: medical device, gaming, AI, 3D printing, agriculture, defense tech, and more. She has been involved in the formation of private equity funds, debt funds and VC funds, and represented her clients in a variety of cross-border commercial and strategic transactions including wide due diligence matters; licensing matters; franchising matters; joint ventures, financing agreements etc.
