With almost 20 years of experience, Inbal Perelstein-Mandelbaum represents startups in all matters concerning corporate law and licensing transactions.
Her work includes negotiating terms, drafting agreements, and counseling technology companies in all matters related to corporate and commercial law, as well as licensing transactions. She has been involved in and represents her clients in private equity financing transactions of all stages, M&A transactions, technology licensing and purchase agreements, and accompanying startups in private financing rounds.
Inbal’s clients range from companies from their earliest stages through multiple rounds of private financing transactions and beyond. She represents and advises start-up companies in the biotechnology, medical technologies, digital health, and cybersecurity areas.
