BIOGRAPHY
Doron has over 29 years of commercial and corporate law experience working with Family Offices and international companies, both as in-house and outside counsel.
His work includes advising Israeli and US early-stage companies and assisting them with legal and commercial aspects. These include funding, recruitment of talents, and supporting growth-stage startups and their transition to the US market. He also consults family offices in their fund-to-fund or direct investments, and multinational companies with the initial set-up of their Israeli operations, be it by the acquisition of an Israeli startup or organic growth.
Doron has been involved in serving as a chairman of a private equity holding company in the Netherlands and is a director in several firms in the field of renewable energy and project finance fields. He is also an Angel investor specifically for Israeli and US startup companies.
Doron also serves as the Secretary of “Maoz – Seal”, an Israeli non-profit organization that fosters civic, moral, and leadership values within the public and private sectors. He is also a mentor at the Microsoft Accelerator program in Israel, Ignite – Intel for Startups, TechStars, and PropTech Zone accelerator.
Doron’s clients range from Start-Ups to Family Offices and Private Equity firms, to Fortune 500 companies.
