With 14 years of experience, Dana Grinberg Matsliah specializes in Intellectual Property portfolio management in all jurisdictions, including U.S. provisional applications, PCT applications, as well as U.S., IL, and ROW patent applications, utility models, and designs.
Her work includes accompanying clients throughout all stages of the patent application process, including pre-filing, filing, prosecution proceedings, and more. She has been involved in the management of large patent portfolios and reviewing agreements, handling all actions required to maintain and preserve property rights applications and registered patents.
Dana’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents global corporations, as well as mid-size companies; private companies, technology transfer offices of academic institutions; fundamental institutional funds; and start-up companies in the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, and immunotherapy area.
