BIOGRAPHY
With over 10 years of experience, Anat Marum specializes in the fields of banking law, insolvency, and commercial and business law.
Her work includes commercial litigation proceedings, corporate law, as well as insolvency and restructuring, dealing with complex issues and serving before all levels of Israeli courts, including the Israeli Supreme Court, tribunals, and arbitration. She has been involved in some of the largest retail business receiverships and suspension of proceedings cases in the Israeli economy, managing suppliers, employees and business activities during the receivership and the intermediate periods.
Anat’s clients range from mid-market companies to Fortune 500 giants. She represents global corporations, private and public companies, each operating in cutting-edge industries, including fintech, retail, software and manufacturing.
