BIOGRAPHY
Amit has vast experience in stock markets, and with large-scale corporations, after working for over ten years as an external legal advisor to public and private corporations, investment funds, underwriters, directors, officers, and other professionals. He has also served as an internal legal advisor to ‘Menora Mivtachim’ Pension and as the Secretary of Bank Leumi.
He specializes in providing ongoing counsel and support to corporations in the Israeli capital market, as well as providing his expert advice on more complex processes. He has participated in many precedent proceedings over the years, including, for the first time in the capital market in Israel- the merger of an Israeli public biotechnology company with a company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Canada.
